This is a Yamato word that says to govern the country peacefully and get to know the country. A word that expresses respect for the Emperor and God. It symbolizes continuity and the spirit of respect for the Emperor as a god, which began with domestic production and has continued since ancient times.

The Emperor is a person who seeks to understand the country of Japan and the hardships of its people, and wishes for the happiness of each and every citizen through the power of "prayer.'' This creates a feeling that the Emperor is a blessing. It would be appropriate to call her "Sumeragi'' out of respect and respect. He is at the center of the people and continues to shine a light on Japan. He continues to pray for the peace of our people and the peace of the world.
Our thoughts on "Sumeragi Tea"
Thinking from the perspective of samurai dining and a food doctor, how can Japanese food culture be conveyed to the world in an accurate and dignified manner?
Is it possible to convey the "way of this country", the world's oldest monarchy, through its food culture? It would be nice if Japanese food spread as a trendy food and a category of food around the world without knowing its history, but if that happens, the next generation will lose sight of the pride and true purpose of this country.
It is said that "a country that loses its culture will perish". Throughout our long history and culture, the people of Japan have lived with the Emperor as a symbol of "Sumeragi". It is the oldest country in the world and will be in the 2681st year of the Imperial Era in 2024. And all the culture that has been accumulated over the years is of noble value. This is something wonderful that we can be proud of to the world.
For example, the ``Chanoyu,'' which began with the upper class during the Heian period, explores not only tea and etiquette, but also the wide world of hospitality. At important events, tea, which was valuable at the time, was carefully served. The culture of tea ceremony, so vast and profound that it is called a comprehensive art, has developed together with spirituality and is a treasure that Japan is proud of to the world.
This "tea culture" was the center of Japan's food culture and was necessary to enhance spirituality. Many monks enjoyed drinking tea together, and drinking tea together was an act of mutual harmony.
While the samurai were busy training, a cup of tea soothed their mind and body. Daimyo were so fascinated by the world of tea that they even held lavish tea parties.
During the Sengoku period, the tea ceremony was perfected by Sen no Rikyu. What Rikyu wanted to convey through the tea ceremony was ``knowing that enough is enough.'' He preaches the importance of giving up unnecessary desires and living simply. Tea culture has taken root among the Japanese people due to its deep spirituality based on Zen philosophy. The history of this country has been created by the harmonious spirit of facing oneself and others through tea.
By displaying the "Chrysanthemum Crest",' which is widely known around the world, we want to pass on the spirituality of "Sumeragi" to future generations. With this in mind, I launched this "Chrysanthemum Crest Project".
We would like to gather together like-minded members and spread Japan's "cultural policy" to the world with the message of "Sumeragi", which is the original Japanese spirituality, so that the next generation of our country will have pride and purpose in life. We will continue to strive to create products that represent Japan's food culture.
